6-day Workshop Course will be conducted in English at the Hôtel-Dieu hospital
(in the hearth of Paris, opposite the Notre-Dame Cathedral), from Monday the
25th of September to Saturday the 30th 2006.
The course is presented by Jean-Yves Maigne, MD, and his staff from the department of Physical Medicine. It will cover the conservative management (and more specially the manual therapy) of lumbar, thoracic and cervical pain by the French School.
The application is restricted to MDs and American DOs.

Registration
fee: 900 euros, including coffee breaks, lunches and the social programme.

Terms and conditions of payement
1) Full prepayement by bank transfer is to be sent through the swift banking system in euros prior to participants arrival. Please supply your bank with the details below which are to be forwarded to France.
2) A deposit of 300 euros is required before the end of June, in order to settle the reservations. The rest could be payable before September the 1st.
3) On spot registration could also be possible, provided we have agreed on it before.
